You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

SIZING INFORMATION
Please size carefully. The circumference measurement of the skin (above the cast) is the most important. The cast cover will work properly if there is a tight seal around the skin. To ensure a good fit, use our handy size chart which includes circumference and length. The most critical measurement is the circumference. Select a longer cast cover if the circumference matches. The length can be adjusted once it is on the leg.
Another important tip: A cast cover needs at least 2 inches of space between the cast and the joint/tendons/bone to get a water-tight seal. Please measure above the knee, around the thigh, if needed.
WARM TIPS:
Please keep out of children's reach unless under adult supervision
Please limit wear time to 20 minutes to prevent cutting blood circulation
Air-dry this leg cast protector in a cool place to avoid exposure after use or washing
Handle with care and avoid the blue silicone touching sharp objects while wearing
Recommended for shower, bath, and other light outdoor water activities. Do not swim or dive with this cast cover.
