Features:
The combination of accuracy deep groove ball bearing, thrust ball bearing, and needle rooler bearing is applied to this center. 
The central spindle is lengthened, able to effectively improve the cutting performance and to reduce the shake effect. 
Alloy tool steel is used for central spindle, with a hardness of HRC55° ± 2° after heat handle, typical of high rigidity and high abrasion resistance. 
Dustproof seal is available on the front end, to avert the entry of cutting fluid and dust into bearing, which has extended the service life of center point. 
Characteristic of oil hole design, convenient for injecting lubricating oil to extend the tip life. 
The main body is made from 40CR steel, its quenching hardness is 45 to 50 HRC, the pointed part is made form high speed steel, quenching hardness is 55 to 60HRC. 
Fine quality bearing design, using high speed bearing for high accuracy.

Note:
Please allow a slight error due to manual measurements. 
Please clean the machine taper shank and the tapered bore before insert the center. 
Please confirm the center whether the firm after installation, to avert oscillation. 
Do not contact center tip part by hand when installing, to avert the hand was stabbed. 
Please jack up the center when take down (remove nut live center, please using wrench). 
Not use metal tools hammering, to avert damage products and affect accuracy. 
Do not contact center when works, to avert accident. 
Any abnormal, please stop the machine and check immediately. 
Please take down the center when not in use, and lightly to avert damaged surface. 
Please clean cutting before you conserve the center, and take rust protection, such as use antirust oil.
