1. How are customs and import tax/duties handled?
We encourage you to check the local customs office for potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs, before placing any order. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import.
JustgreenBox is not responsible for products confiscated by the customs in your countries.
2. How come my tracking number doesn't work?
We send shipment notification and tracking numbers as soon as orders leaved our warehouse. Tracking numbers will likely not show any result before carriers have a chance to do an initial scan to those packages.
For DHL and UPS, this delay is usually 1-2 business days.
3. How long does it take for orders to get sent?
